Lead and participate in the following projects:- Transfer pricing risk analysis, development of transfer pricing methodologies and documentations for major Russian and international groups- Preparation of Russian and international transfer pricing documents for groups of companies operate in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy- Development of tax efficient export trade structures, management structures, as well as structures related to the acquisition of the foreign assets by the largest Russian companies - Restructuring of the Russian and foreign operations for the largest Russian companies, increasing the transparency and attractiveness for potential investors - Development of mechanisms of cost allocation between companies of the group in order to calculate the actual margins / prices in controlled transactions- Development of the defensive position on the transfer pricing issues in disputes between the taxpayer and the tax authorities in various jurisdictions.Руководство и участие в следующих проектах:- Оценка рисков в области трансфертного ценообразования, разработка методологии и подготовка документации по трансфертному ценообразованию для ряда крупных российских и международных Групп - Подготовка российской и международной документации по трансфертному ценообразованию для Групп предприятий цветной и черной металлургии- Разработка эффективных с налоговой точки зрения экспортных торговых структур, структур управления, а также структур приобретения зарубежных активов крупными российскими компаниями- Реструктуризация зарубежных и российских операций для крупных российских компаний с повышения прозрачности и привлекательности для потенциальных инвесторов - Разработке механизмов распределения расходов компаний группы в целях расчета фактической рентабельности/цен по контролируемым сделкам;- Разработке защитной позиции по ТЦО при спорах налогоплательщика с налоговыми органами в различных юрисдикциях.

- Advice on tax efficient structuring of inbound and outbound investments (holding, export trading, management, import structuring)- Advice on tax efficient JV structuring and deal structuring (including pre-acquisition steps)- Advice on tax efficient restructuring of business (including migration of holding/trading locations)- Assistance in obtaining of the advance tax ruling for export trading company- Advice on employee stock option plan and assistance with implementation- Assisting large Russian and international groups with development of the Russian transfer pricing methodology and preparation of TP documentation- Assisting large Russian group in preparation and harmonization of TP documentation in multiple jurisdictions (including Russia, Germany, UK, China, etc.) - Advice on restructuring of parts of the supply-chain for the purposes of tax efficiency and compliance with the Russian TP rules

- Management of tax consulting and tax optimization projects- Client negotiation, preparation of financial offers- Management and quality control of subgroup of legal advisers (3 subordinates)- Planning and budgeting of subgroup's performance - Representation of clients and defense of their interests in disputes with the Russian tax authorities, including obtaining of tax opinions from the Russian tax authorities, preparation of Objections on the Acts issued by Russian tax authorities as the result of tax inspection- Participation in forensic projects- Participation in projects connected with legislative initiatives of clients, including preparation of financial and legal justification for the initiative- Russian tax consulting services for FLE and their subsidiaries, including evaluation of PE risks, tax due diligence of ROs of FLE- International tax consulting for the Russian clientsAchievements: Management of the project related to protection of interests of one of the Russian largest mining companies in dispute with tax authorities - the sum of the Act of tax inspection exceeding billion RUR was more than 50% reduced at the stage of objection (before the stage of judicial defense)
