I am an accomplished architect with a proven track record in developing architectural projects at various design stages with a diverse portfolio spanning heritage refurbishments, mixed-use buildings, sports venues, hospitality and residential complexes.Currently, as an Architect Team Lead at Apex Project Bureau in Moscow, I have played a vital role in high-profile projects. One notable achievement is my contribution to the restoration and transformation of the Central Telegraph, a historic communication building, into a modern mixed-use space. Working closely with David Chipperfield Architects, I developed and finalized design drawings, obtained approval in State Expertise, and prepared BOQ and bidding documents.Additionally, I collaborated with Renzo Piano Building Workshop on the transformation of GES-2 House of Culture, a heritage power station. Acting as a liaison between the Project Architect and local professionals, I coordinated efforts to develop detailed design drawings, with a particular focus on glazed and opaque roof elements, facades, and windows.In my previous role as an Architect and a Lead Architect at PI Arena, I contributed to various projects, including a FIFA Football stadium in Samara, an office building in Moscow, a residential complex in Saransk, and a sanatorium on the Black Sea coast. During my time at there, I led the implementation of BIM into the office workflow, developing Revit families and coordinating Revit workflows.Before that, I gained valuable experience as a Project Manager at Pico Project International, overseeing the construction of temporal overlays for the XXII Olympic Winter Games. In this capacity, I successfully coordinated construction works, managed subcontractors, and communicated with the Olympic committee.My educational background includes a Specialist degree from Pacific National University, where I specialized in Landscape Architecture.
