Saving projects support and update;• Development of methods, practices and techniques to ensure the most economical movement of materials through the supply chain to achieve cost-effective logistics practices and inventory levels while meeting customer delivery requirements• Production planning process development for factory to ensure the highest efficiency and productivity;• World Class Manufacturing (WCM) implementation – Logistic and Customer service pillar lead;• Internal (factory) logistic management: continuous improvement of the logistic processes in Warehouse, labour efficiency increase projects, rearranging material flow.• Advanced material requirement planning (MRP);• To support production in effective labour planning;• Business Waste (BW) management;• Responsible for Supply Chain readiness for innovation;• Responsiveness strategy development and implementation; • SKU portfolio optimization based on ABC analysis (sales volume, operational margin, production complexity);• Key performance operating indicators analysis, creation and management of corrective/preventative actions;• Creation and implementation of process improvement procedures

Responsible for U2K2 SAP implementation in Production Planning and Material Requirement Planning. Alignment of ways of working across all categories (Foods, HPC, IC&FF, FS, TEA) in respective areas. Adaptation of regional U2K2 SAP design to Russian specific in respective areas.Complexity reduction in respective areas.
