As my internship during Masters degree, I was working in HR and Recruitment department. My tasks included:- Management of the CV platform with international candidates, wishing to work in agriculture in Denmark;- Holding interviews with candidates;- Matchmaking between candidates and employers (farmers);- SoMe management;- Translation of documents and other ad hoc tasks.

I was responsible for organising events of different scales for students in Sønderborg. The position was for a term of one year and my tasks included:- Managing volunteer network of around 30 students;- Developing a concept of the event, working out budget, preparing all the necessary details, delegating & managing tasks;- Promotion of the events on SoMe;- Cooperating with other student organisations in the city.
