- managing current loan portfolio of clients (>35% from total corporate Swedbank Russia portfolio);- prolongation of the existing corporate loan portfolio limits and realization of "exit" strategy towards some clients within Bank's strategy;- preparation of credit applications, including basic financial analysis and client's description, presentation on Local and Group Credit committees;- day-to-day support of corporate clients and ordination interaction other Bank departments;- participation in the budgeting process

- development and conclusion of financial deals with existing large corporate clients from Real Estate, FMCG, Retail & Wholesale Trade, Food & Agriculture (DIXY Group, Synergy Group, Terna Polimer, Unident Group) and acquisition of new corporate clients (Ile de Beaute, Magnit);- structuring of financial deals, preparation and negotiation of the product offering including cross-selling (WC financing, loans, documentary limits, cash-management);- credit application preparation, including basic financial analysis and client's description, presentation of credit applications on Credit committees of the Bank, ensuring smooth drawdown and monitoring throughout the loan life-time;- management of the bank's sales efforts, ensuring regular update and relationship development with target clients, origination and monitoring of new clients relationship;- participation in the budgeting process/control over the budget execution and accomplishment of targets/cost controlling/reporting

- arrangement of financial deals with Real Estate corporate clients (Capital Group, AEON Corporation, PSN, Complex Investments, Horus Capital, NLC/Itella Logistics, Azimut hotels and others);- structuring, preliminary assessment of client's creditworthiness, advising on bank's products (salary projects, PB, cash and settlement services);- preparation of applications, credit and collateral documentation, control of CP and CS, loan monitoring;- loans restructuring (performing and impaired) - e.g. refinancing, change of the borrower, assignment to third parties, change of collateral structure

- support of credit transactions;- office administration (corporate clients);- preparation of the credit and collateral documentation;- advising on bank's products, work with corporate clients within salary projects, private banking, cash and settlement services
