• Market and customer needs research in order to ensure best product offer, competitive pricing, services;• Search of potential suppliers (local and import), negotiations of commercial terms and managing supplier performance ensuring purchasing processes are in line with corporate policies, coordination of all supplier related issues within the function; • Budgeting, pricing, margin targets fulfillment according to the company’s strategy; • Assortment building and layout, implementation of assortment building methodology down to SKUs level;• Merchandising management, space allocation and planograms;• Sales and promotion management: product offers, prices, periods, communication and in-stores activities;• Economic performance analysis, preparing actions plans for KPIs improvement.
