I work with the Chatbot development team.My responsibilities are: • Facilitation/conducting scrum ceremonies;• Collection and control of metrics (internal NPS and achievement of sprint goals);• Recording and control of agreements within the team;• Ensuring a comfortable working environment (atmosphere) in the team and when interacting with external participants in the process;• Maintaining a high level of motivation;• Setting up Jira;• Assistance in building processes in the team;• Agile coaching of both the team and its individual members (including conducting training events);• Identification and assistance in eliminating blockers.

Participation in the full cycle of work with employees: • Search for new employees - working with IT vacancies (testers, developers (Java, C++), back office vacancies (lawyers, marketing), intern vacancies (IT, HR, Data Science, Marketing, Legal); • Work with candidate onboarding: participation and organization of welcome trainings, employee adaptation; • Work with current employees and managers - participation in the development of internal materials (Manager's Book, pitch about the company); Working with employer branding: • Launch of a platform for hiring automation; • Organizing career events for students; • Search for sites for hiring middle and senior specialists;

• Search for a resume in accordance with the requirements for vacancies• Conducting interviews with applicants• Organizing interviews with hiring managers, providing feedback• Perform analytics tasks related to HR management• Collecting information, compiling reports and visualizing dataIn addition to the work in recruitment:• Working with Employer Brand: cooperation with universities, cooperation with external platforms• Conducting recruitment automation projects: launching a platform• Participation in the development of training materials for company employees

• Assisting faculty with classroom instruction, records, and assignments• Grading assignments or papers• Preparing laboratory materials• Recording and calculating grades• Providing feedback on assignments• Obtaining and distributing course materials
