I specialize in B2B and B2C segments, with a focus on SaaS, websites, ERP, and mobile/web applications.One of my major projects was the development of a SaaS solution for enterprises, which lasted two years and covered all stages from design to implementation and testing.The goal of the project was to create an automated recruitment system, which involved a detailed analysis of user needs and the application of innovative design solutions to bring their ideas to life.My approach includes exploring different perspectives, generating ideas, and creating prototypes in close collaboration with clients to ensure that their expectations are met. In addition, I have experience mentoring UI/UX designers at Beetroot Academy, and have developed skills in facilitation, coaching, and goal setting. During the program, I helped my mentees formulate career goals and create an action plan to achieve them.In addition to my professional activities, I am actively engaged in self-development, attending thematic events and workshops on UX/UI design, public speaking, and English language learning, which are aimed at continuously improving my skills and knowledge.
