My responsibilities are: Co-ordinate the Nottingham hospitality team rotas; Ensure all clients receive a meet & greet service; Continuous improvement approach to improve service, quality, and efficiency of processes. Providing additional admin support in collaboration with stakeholders, utilising internal I.T systems, and Co-ordinate all meetings, seminars, and events. Responsible for ensuring all meeting rooms are set up in line with BJ brand/standard (Inc. door signs, whiteboards, and stationery boxes); Manage client meeting room booking requests. Ensure all relevant legislation is adhered to including H&S, and risk assessments; Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to and recommend changes when necessary, including collecting customer feedback; Ensure all appropriate needs of our clients are met. Responsible for managing the reception inbox. Visiting and supporting other offices as and when required. Providing admin project support as required to assist the wider business.
