About Olga Abramova

Olga has founded several startups, including Unwirth, which Snap Inc. acquired in 2020. She joined Snap's Core Engineering team, where Olga shifted the engineering culture towards a developer-oriented approach. As Chief of Staff for the Platform team, Olga led multiple cross-organizational initiatives, including Developer Experience and Infrastructure Cloud Cost Management. In just six months, she achieved $16M in cloud infrastructure cost savings. On top of that, she launched an internal learning platform from scratch, developing over 30 engineering courses for learning and onboarding.
