• Lead Systems Integration. Responsible for establishment of SOA Enterprise solution across the company. That includes building a platform of RESTful APIs and real-time messaging.• Responsible for Design and Implementation of Integration Solutions using Mulesoft, TIBCO.• Responsible for SOA Services analysis and design, systems integration specs and design, creating Service Specifications.

• Supported the System Wide Information Management (SWIM) Program Office in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). SWIM is a National Airspace System (NAS)-wide information system that provides Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)-based infrastructure to support Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) goals.• Worked closely with different FAA Programs’ teams to design and implement solutions for integration different systems with the SWIM infrastructure. Responsible for identifying candidates for the SWIM infrastructure among different FAA Programs, including National Airspace System (NAS) and non-NAS Programs. Responsible for SOA Suitability Assessment of FAA Programs.• Participated in development of systems integration requirements and infrastructure needs. This included support in all stages of the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) lifecycle, from planning and development of technical requirements to implementation of developed solution and integration with the SWIM infrastructure.

• Worked for General Services Administration (GSA) National Capital Region (NCR).• Technical Lead of development of two web-based solutions for GSA NCR Budget Division: Unliquidated Obligations (ULO) and Fund Status Reports. The Fund Status Report application creates reports by integrating GSA Financial Management Information System’s obligation data with the NCR organizations’ financial data. System functionality includes distribution of allowances through NCR Divisions, tracking obligations, and creating various funds status reports. The ULO system provides critical support for Open Item audits conducted by the GSA Central Office Budget Division. • Responsible for analysis of the customer’s business rules, business processes, and requirements and transforming it into solution design and functional specifications. Responsible for all stages of the project life cycle (SDLC), system design, database design and development (tables, stored procedures, functions), coding and code review of other team members, testing review, deployment and managing production issues. Responsible for technical documentation, user manuals for non-technical users, and user training.

• Worked for General Services Administration (GSA) National Capital Region (NCR).• Responsible for all stages of the project life cycle, including analysis of the customer's requirements, providing level of efforts (LOE) estimates, design, coding, testing and deploying.• Designed solution architecture for a new web-based solution for GSA NCR Budget Division - Unliquidated Obligations (ULO). This system provides a critical support for Open Items audit for GSA Central Office Budget Division which is extremely involving data process to be delivered in very short period of time. The system allows NCR Budget and Financial Analysts to track obligations, reroute Open Item to the right reviewer, and attach supporting documentation, providing real-time reports of ongoing Open Items audit review progress. The system stores in database all supporting documentation, which has been collected and attached during Audit review. ULO document repository provides access to this documentation by Audit personal. Since its first production version in 2008 the system significantly improved the speed and quality of Open Item Audit process, while decreasing mass email exchange with large attachments and interactions between Budget Analysts in NCR Organizations.

• Lead development of company’s software product – WinFlow. WinFlow is a web-based solution of Content Management and Business Process Management, based on FileNet P8 platform. WinFlow provides authorized, instant, and secure access to customer documents. It supports the full document workflow process, by providing control, improving communication, and optimizing transactions in the various stages of the document life cycle.• Technical Lead of the team of developers (R&D Team). Responsible for support developers on the customers’ sites.• Responsible for technical management of the WinFlow product life cycle, including analysis of the customer’s requirements, product versions management, development and deployment of Service Packs. Responsible for all aspects of the software development schedule, starting from creating of level of efforts (LOE) estimates to management of the development tasks schedule among developers to deliver software product on due time to test and production deployment.• Responsible for creating detailed functional and software specifications.
