• Create reports for Executive Management and business units of the bank on: - Real estate loan portfolio performance - Modified loan performance - Negative amortization• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses upon request from Executive Management, regulatory agencies and internal units of the Bank by utilizing Business Intelligence software (Hyperion/Brio) and financial models built in MS Excel.• Prepare monthly updates to the Bank’s forecast of net interest income and periodic analysis of the Bank’s interest rate risk exposure using specialized asset and liability management software (SunGard’s Ambit BancWare ALM & Market Risk Management).• Support the retail bank expansion by preparing demographic analyses for potential DeNovo branch locations by utilizing geographic market analysis software (Nielsen Claritas iXPRESS).• Support the Community Banking Division by preparing retail sales campaign analyses, and annual deposit and fee income budgets.

• Complete responsibility for monitoring, compiling data, calculating and ensuring payment of all incentive plans for the Community Banking Division supporting 39 retail branches and over 300 employees.• System Administrator for the sales performance and incentive tracking system (ROI, The Motivatortm). Designed all system calculations and report formats through extensive performance programming language.
