Responsibilities:- Create detailed 2D and 3D models and shop drawings using AutoCAD and CNC nesting program.- Read and interpret blueprints, site measurements and floor plans.- Create cut lists of material all components of the project.- Coordinate with the project manager, shop and purchasing managers to ensure projects are on track.- Make changes and modifications to projects as requested by designers or clients.- Assist with drafting for multiple projects simultaneously.

• Producing electrical automation schematics, control panel layouts, and machine control device layout drawings using AutoCAD 2D.• Design and implementation of complete electrical controls for all equipment and products, including PLC, HMI, and electrical automation design.• Updating AutoCAD control panel drawing and wiring diagrams.• Reading and interpreting construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and control logic documents.• Performing and applying calculations with specialized software.• Collaboration with other engineers to perform drafting of electrical automation design systems.• Preparation of a package of documentation, printing, scanning and coordination with other departments.
