As a part of the RELEVE project - "Support to Chernihiv's Region Recovery & Decentralization", my key areas of responsibility include:- Planning, organization, coordination, implementation and monitoring of the project’s activities; - Contribution to the promotion of the project's activities, facilitation of the organization and running of meetings with key stakeholders, liaising between the project team and the experts - Support in contracting, procurement, logistics, reporting, financial monitoring and broadcasting - Playing a significant and proactive role in supporting the Project leader in the development of partnerships between French and Ukrainian local authorities.

As a Board Member of the NGO "Anti-corruption Headquarters", I am assisting the team with strategic advice on matters related to the international development of the organization, planning and implementing international projects and widening the international partnerships network.

- Communication with international and donor organizations, diplomatic missions;- Monitoring and evaluation of relevant granting opportunities, programs, projects;- Fundraising, project proposals drafting and project reporting;- Maintaining and expanding the organization`s base of international contacts;- Advocacy of international goals of the organization abroad;- Participation in international events, conducting trainings for foreign partners;- Monitoring of relevant international events and publications.

Responsible for the implementation of the project “Bridges of Trust 2.0: Rebuilding Ukraine through partnerships with the EU municipalities"In the framework of the Bridges of Trust 2.0 project, 30 Ukrainian municipalities received support in the development of a partnership with a municipality in the EU. Bridges of Trust 2.0 has been implemented in close partnership and coordination with the Association of Ukrainian Cities (AUC) and through the involvement of the Associations of local governments in the 10 European Union member states. Bridges of Trust is supported by the U-LEAD with Europe.

- Coordination of the engagement of international technical assistance funds for the organization`sprojects;- Concept notes and project proposals drafting;- Monitoring and reporting on international technical assistance projects` results;- Communication with donors, diplomatic missions, international organizations;- Communication and coordination with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine's international relationsdepartment;- Assistance in communication with international companies and stakeholders;- Facilitation of negotiations with international partners;- Organization, support and participation in donor meetings.
