Olga Kyryliuk has a PhD in International Law and is currently working as a Senior Advisor for Digital Governance under Civic DEFENDERS program at Internews. Chair of SEEDIG - South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance, Member of UN IGF Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG), and Member of FOC Advisory Network. An experienced advocate, researcher, speaker and trainer, with interests ranging from law and technology to protection of IDPs and refugees. She possesses a broad range of abilities, including multiple languages and research and analytical skills. International law and technology became the focus of her PhD research. She’s worked with governmental authorities, private law firms, and international organizations, providing qualified legal expertise and consultancy. She is also engaged in training others to increase multistakeholder cooperation. An experienced project manager and team leader, her articles and research papers are regularly published in Ukraine and abroad. In her private life, she writes poems and enjoys travelling.
