Managed a dynamic and demanding schedule while maintaining the complex communications and protocol requirements with higher headquarters, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and National Security Staff. Worked with United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), Federal Agencies, industry partners, and 39 Cyber National Mission Force teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

Led a multi-serviced team of 50 analysts in the discovery of critical information against a Presidential priority Tier 1 adversary. Supervised collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination of target intelligence for USCYBERCOM's first-of-its-kind military information support operations. Oversaw authorization of the first cyber reserve billets across six subordinate commands and authored 200 Reserve requirements to source six operational lines of effort.

Managed Special Security program on the Naval warship USS Blue Ridge, tracked and administered 300 Special Compartmented Information (SCI) personnel security clearances, 20 SCI offices, 200+ classified records, and equipment onboard. Ensured completion of 60 polygraphs and background investigations. Oversaw successful transition of custody for Naval Cryptologic systems during the ship's extended maintenance period.

Led, developed, and executed the Navy's Carry-On and Cryptologic Direct Support programs spanning air, surface, and subsurface platforms in a fiscally constrained environment. Coordinated hardware and software updates for over 200 cryptologic quick-reaction capabilities. Drove updates in response to emergent fleet requirements, substantially enhancing fleet non-kinetic warfighting capabilities.
