Olga is Senior Project Designer at MCA with over a decade of professional experience ranging across numerous project types and scales including commercial, higher-educational, multifamily housing and performance spaces. She has seen projects through from conception to commissioning. Excelling at finding creative and innovative solutions to complex design and technical problems both during design and construction, she is has a passionate drive to continuously explore the world and its beautiful connections --- whether it means making an impossible plan layout work, guide a team, engage with a client, coordinate consultants or walk the job site.
