I am a legal counsel with unique international experience, gained at one of the top international law firms and in-house. At Prologis, the world’s leader in logistics real estate, I lead the best-in-class team of 6 legal professionals providing support to the business on legal aspects of various pan-European projects. I had the pleasure and privilege to play an important part in high profile transactions and projects, ranging from mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, including a merger of investment funds resulting in a combined vehicle with assets over €8.2 billion and a global disposition of $1.1 billion of assets, to implementation of pan-European intra-group cash management system and a Europe-wide GDPR compliance program.In a dynamic and complex international environment, I believe a key to success as an in-house counsel lies in combining broad experience, excellent drafting skills and pragmatic approach with being responsive and willing to undertake new challenges.
