•Successfully led international arbitration cases before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) in disputes involving International Investment Law and Breach of Commercial Agreements. Acted both as counsel for Claimant and Respondent.•Litigated before Moldovan national courts representing clients in over 100 trials at district, appellate and supreme courts levels, in high stake disputes across diverse industries such as Duty-Free business, Oil and Gas, Corporate Governance, Business Operations, Telecommunications, Real Estate Development, and Agriculture Production.•Developed comprehensive trial strategy, including legal submissions, led cross-examinations, and presented in closing statement, which resulted in full dismissal of the claim.•Successfully assisted clients in disputes against the State of Moldova before the European Court for Human Rights (ECHR) in breach of their rights guaranteed by Article 1 of Protocol 1 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. •Represented the Defendant in a local district court, challenging the enforcement of a U.S. court award in Moldova. Successfully argued that the Claimant lacked judicial standing in the U.S., leading the court to deny enforcement. Conducted international legal research proving that the Plaintiff no more exists as a legal entity, prepared evidence, drafted motions to dismiss, and pleaded before the court.•Represented Claimant in a local corporation mismanagement case, securing a multi-million award.
