I was responsible for the end-to-end project management of growth, business transformation and regulatory initiatives for Luxembourg and Ireland Asset Servicing entities (Fund Administration and Management Company)Highlighs of completed projects:🔹Set up of fund business operations in a new jurisdiction incl. incorporation of a Fund Admin entity and passporting of a management company🔹Outsourcing of Corporate Secretary function. My role included project management, client communication, ensuring regulatory approval as well as leading a transition/ task force team of 6 persons🔹Implementation of the 4th AML Directive, incl. Register of Beneficial Owners requirements and Money Market Funds Regulation🔹Outsourcing of elements of the fund administration value chain to an offshore Hub In addition, as a member of the Chief Operating Officer Team and reporting to the COO, I supported the decision process of local Management by conducting the analysis, providing options and recommendations as well as business plans. Furthermore, I was responsible for resolving ad hoc request and issues on entity level (e.g. coordinating responses to regulatory requests, client escalations)

I pursued an internal mobility opportunity to join the Operations and Trade Support team in Credit Suisse office in South Africa.This role allowed me to expand my knowledge to the additional financial instruments, namely derivatives, fixed income and securities lending transactions.
