The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Olga Rusanoff, is the “face” of the organization. Ms. Rusanoff is the executive who directs marketing communications, market research and customer services. Balancing analytical and creative knowledge, as well as dynamic interpersonal communication skills makes Ms. Rusanoff a key member of the executive team. The CMO, supported by her Business Development Manager and team of Independent Sales Agents (ISA's), oversees analysis of pricing and market research. The role demands a highly creative leader who can manage advertising and promotional campaigns that appeal to the general public and clearly communicate company’s vision. The CMO is also active in interfacing with potential clients in key corporate markets to grow the company through interpersonal relationship building. The complexity of this position is augmented through a need for strong team management abilities. The CMO’s high expectations of her Business Development Manager and team of ISA's will assure results-driven performance, while maintaining a cordial and constructive communication style from the top down. As Ms. Rusanoff will conduct the sales training for ISA's herself, she will serve as a reference and a model of professional conduct and client relations.Ms. Rusanoff has a solid background in marketing and sales training as exhibited by her ten years of professional experience in the corporate world.
