PROJECTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- The Pearl Qatar Project, QatarResponsible for ILS LRS documentation and the preparation of end user training material, for The Pearl Qatar a privately operated registry in Doha, Qatar. - The Rivers State Land Information System, Nigeria.Responsible for the documentation and the preparation of end user training material; performing quality assurance of software being configured to support the recertification of Certificate of Occupancy licenses in the State. - Implementation of Unified Land Information System, DominicaResponsible for the creation of software documentation (online help, installation instructions, administrator’s and user’s guides, etc.) for software developed for the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica as part of a unified land information system which also includes cadastre module.- USAID/Local Investment and National Competiveness (LINC) Project, UkraineResponsible for documents translation (Ukrainian to English), software documentation and the preparation of training material (including slides and video) for software developed for the Autonomous region of Crimea.- Implementation of National Wide Cadastral Registration System, UkraineResponsible for the documentation and the preparation of end user training material, and training materials including presentations, video lessons and quizzes; responsible for documents translation (Ukrainian to English and vise versa), responsible for documents page-proofs and printing.Also, I have an experience of Atlassian Confluence and Attlassian JIRA administration that includes creating and managing projects/spaces, user groups, users, adding permissions, etc.

PROJECTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- ILS Business Tracker for UkraineAssisted in the development of ILS’s Business Tracker system to support the implementation of Cabinet Resolution # 844 (2009) which provides a ‘free-of-charge’ service in issuing land titles to citizens of Ukraine with privatized land plots. The System (landcadastre.gov.ua) was developed and installed at the State Enterprise “State Land Cadastre Center” (www.dzk.gov.ua ). Responsible for writing system documentation; designing and developing online help and creating training materials; performed Quality Assurance of software.- Needs Assessment for the Registry of Titles in Tanzania Responsible for the documentation and the preparation of end user training material for the Registry of Titles in Dar es Salaam Tanzania; performed Quality Assurance of software.- ILS LRS (Estate Management System and Financial Intelligence Unit), BahamasResponsible for the documentation and the preparation of end user training material for the Department of Lands and Survey in Nassau, Bahamas, developed to track the allocation and assignment of Crown Land and the ILS LRS to track and report on financial transactions and irregularities; performed Quality Assurance of software.- Rural Land Certification & Registration Project for ChinaPrepared system documentation, developed online help, and created training materials for ILS China, worked with local experts to develop fully localized material; updated end user documentation during system development and revision following client feedback.- Real Estate Registration Project for Publicity Department in Cairo, EgyptResponsible for system documentation, developing online help, creating training materials for the Enhanced Parcel Based Deeds System; performed Quality Assurance of the software; assisted in localization of end user documents; delivered RoboHelp training and support to Arabic translators localizing the software and developing software documentation.

PROJECTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Integrated System of Cadastral and Registration Information, NicaraguaDuties included writing system documentation; planning, designing and developing online help, creating training materials; maintaining and assisting in document localization; trained Spanish translators in the use of RoboHelp software; conducted business correspondence and communications with the client; supervision of a team of technical writers and editors, managing their tasks to ensure they duties were completed on schedule and to a satisfactory standard.- Spatial Data Management System for BLOM Aerofilms, UKWorked on various aspects of sofware deployed to support Pictometry production in BLOM Aerofilms; assisted in project planning, design to client support and produced help files and user documentation. Main duties included planning, writing, maintaining and updating system documentation; creating training materials and online help content. Trained Blom Aerofilms staff on-site in Cheddar and assisted in defining customer requirements and registering feature requests in ILS’s online tracking system.- Land Registration and Cashiering Systems for AzerbaijanDuties included writing new and updating existing system documentation; planning, designing and developing online help, creating training materials; supporting customers and end-users during system development; assisted in the localization of documents; business correspondence and communications with the customer.- ILS Land Title Office, USA Main duties included planning, writing, maintaining and updating system documentation; creating training materials and help content.- Land Registration Project for the National Land Agency (NLA), JamaicaPrepared system documentation; developed online WinHelp, WebHelp and HTML helps; created training materials; recorded full-motion screen video of user actions; maintained and updated documents during system development and improvement.

For my placement I was involved in many database development projects, which concentrated on producing solution-based systems for clients in the financial and land registration services mainly using Delphi, C# and SQL.
