Sharkmob is on an epic adventure, and we want you to join us as we explore new territory in the realm of AAA online gaming. Currently, we are working on two major projects: Exoborne – a Sharkmob original game created in Malmö, is a tactical, open-world extraction shooter set in a United States torn apart by apocalyptic forces of nature. The second project, developed in London, is another Sharkmob original IP yet to be announced. Our first game Bloodhunt - a battle royale set in the Vampire: The Masquerade universe, was released on 27 April 2022.

Frag Lab is a video game development studio based in Kyiv, Ukraine, founded in 2017 by a team of industry veterans who previously worked on titles such as Warface, Crysis, Battlefield, and Metro. Frag Lab's current total headcount is around 200 people.Shatterline is the debut game from Frag Lab, released on Steam Early Access on September 8th, 2022, for PC. It's a free-to-play FPS featuring a rogue-like co-op mode (Expedition), PVE missions that support the lore of the entire game universe, and, of course, several traditional PvP modes, including TDM, Conquest, Plant-the-Bomb, and Escort.As a project manager, I am responsible for overseeing the development of the Shatterline headliner - Expedition game mode.In my daily work, I collaborate with the game development team (including game designers, artists, VFX, animators, software developers, and quality assurance), as well as the production team (Head of Development and Production, Directors of Design, Content, Art, and Engineering, along with my esteemed colleagues and fellow project managers).

RubyPlay is a progressive and energetic iGaming development studio that specializes in the design and creation of the most entertaining and engaging slot games, as well as value-add tools for gaming operators.As a project manager, I was responsible for efficiently managing game projects with a cross-functional remote team and delivering games of varying size, types, and complexity. My responsibilities included developing detailed project plans, managing risks and changes, tracking progress, team`s dependencies, and commitments, as well as managing, facilitating and encouraging teams, helping resolve conflicts, and providing improvements. In daily work, I was cooperating with Game Designer, Art Director, and Program Manager, as well as with Artists, Animators, Software Developers, and Quality Assurance. During this year in RubyPlay I made the game development process transparent and predictable, and launched a capacity-based project planning system, so that allowed the team to deliver all 18 from 18 slot games, which was planned by the company for this period.
