CurrentAt Aurora, we inspire the aspirations and achievements of Australia’s First Peoples through life-long learning and connecting them with educational and career opportunities that enable them to realise their potential.People & Culture Manager Responsibilities:- Lead the People and Culture function.- Manage the co-design and implementation of the HR strategy, HR policies, HR operations, HR processes and HR governance mechanisms with all the stakeholders involved. - Promote behaviours that align with Aurora's purpose, values, cultural and psychological safety, well-being and growth. - Manage the employee experience and related HR processes (EVP, talent attraction, selection, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, performance management, employee wellbeing, employee engagement, off-boarding).- Partner with the business to create talent solutions in alignment with the business needs ( HRBP ).- Manage strategic HR initiatives and leadership programs. - Manage HR's continuous improvement with new trends (e.g. design thinking, agile, people analytics, etc.).- Manage employment relationships with permanent employees, experts and casual employees (100+ employees).- Coach and develop the team members to realise their full-potential.- Manage compliance and the effective application of the SCHADS award. Achievements:- Won the Australian Award for Employer of Choice 2023–2024.- Increased participation in learning experiences in 68%- Increased use of well-being resources in 50%- Increased engagement- Delivered HR operations and strategic projects on budget
