Online)• Wholesale (bricks and water as well as online), present 4 times a year new collections• Relation management• P&L, margin analysis, retail KPI’s and all measurements of performance in retail (4 wall contribution)• Management/coordination of the Shop in Shops• Presentation of the collection• Build a profitable (turnover p/m2) concession environment with Shop in Shop• Shop in shop role out (2 – 15 SIS)• Project management (Pop up, new store and new SIS)• Cover of stock, density etc.• Implement the Visual Merchandising guidelines• Sales and consumer experience trainings for my team• Collecting, monitoring, reporting and analysing sales and marketing data • Order book management• Identify and develop new market opportunities in the Key Accounts • Active participation in international sales meetings and previews

Responsible for all outcomes in the areas of sales, loss and employees. • Lead a team of 30 employees including 3 management members; • Planning, organizing, coordinate, supervising, training, coaching and monitoring.
