Human Resources Recruiter/ Trainer
Current- Develop business partnerships with target client groups.
- Consult with department heads to staff positions in order to optimize organizational performance.
- Facilitate effective collaboration and communication with and between client stakeholders and employees.
- Provide consulting, advisory support, and team leadership on Human Resources programs, procedures, and services to drive business requirements and promote employee engagement.
- Promote the consistent application of workforce programs and policies.
- Provide consulting and advisory support on performance management, organizational structure and effectiveness of new hires.
