WordUnited is also a finalist of both the Online Business of the Year award and the Digital Transformation award.Responsible for the operational needs in line with the company’s vision and policies, including the day-to-day management of orders, cross-team collaboration, staff management of a team of 30 across several different departments, suppliers, customers, inventory, recruitment, process optimisation, and maintaining/improving production targets.I am responsible for the successful delivery of orders to international customers in France, Italy, Germany, and Spain. I ensure we become compliant with each country’s customs and trade regulations, overseeing test shipments before despatching regular shipments.I ensure our processes are documented and kept up to date with regular reviews. Managing and ensuring the provision of business-critical support services including all aspects of ICT services. I make sure the company brings the Directors’ visions to life, communicating, championing, and leading the change necessary. Planning and leading process changes/improvements to eliminate errors, preparing and presenting weekly KPIs reports to the Directors, monitoring and reporting on national and international customer performance metrics.
