-Identification and planning of the company's personnel needs;-Development and optimization of the organizational and staffing structure of the company;-Ensuring the full recruitment cycle: from receiving a job requisition to signing a job offer;-Coordinating and supporting candidates at all selection stages in the company;-Company development planning by months, quarters, half a year;-Control of the salary budget and developing salary grid;-Participation in the development of motivational programs, bonus calculations;-Analysis of the labor market, wages, staff turnover and its causes, staff satisfaction;-Taking part in other HR projects;-Organization of corporate events and quality control of its realization.
