In October I’ve got promoted to Head of UI/UX Department. I am responsible for a small design team, reviewing their designs (to make sure they follow guidelines and don’t ruin 25h8 system consistency) and managing their tasks.

As a part of 25h8 team I am constantly coordinating with developers, analytics, marketers and other designers to clarify tasks and goals and provide vision for the website. My responsibilities are to redesign existing websites according to the brandbook guidelines and bootstrap or material design grids; create both mobile, web and landing page designs for new website services; propose and implement improvements for existing elements and pages. I've also created low and high fidelity prototypes, icons, illustrations and animations, styleguides and visual guidelines documentation for other designers.

While working with Congruity Hub team my tasks were to: Create icon sets: creating moodboards, style tiles, sketches of icons, vector icons in a number of formats, documentation and an archive ready for sale;Create new pages for existing shop template.

As analyst my work was to:Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports;Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources;Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets;Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs;Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.I have knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large datasets (Excel, 1C) and strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
