Key responsibilities include;- Managing a sales team marketing and selling new shared ownership homes- Producing reports to Senior Management and Executive teams- Appraising new site opportunities- Liaising with other teams, partners, and competitors to identify continuous improvement opportunities and areas for growth- Track performance of the team overall and individuals within it, acting upon findings where necessary to improve results- Dealing with detailed, often emotive, enquiries and complaints from customers or internally where required to ensure high level of customer service is maintained

Key responsibilities include;- Marketing and selling shared ownership homes on behalf of existing owners- Contacting potential buyers and chasing solicitors to progress sales promptly- Deliver a range of post sales services including remortgaging, transfer of equity, and the option to buy a larger share in the property- Keep track of sales volume encouraging the rest of the team to push to hit objectives as well as self imposed weekly, monthly and quarterly targets

Key responsibilities include;- Logging and tracking all complaints and enquiries received to ensure timely responses- Checking and amending responses from all members of staff including Executive team and Chief Executive to ensure accurate spelling and grammar as well as required content and suitable language is used- Organise and plan hearings for escalated complaints to include Executive team, customer and external parties where required- Carry out customer satisfaction surveys and identifying areas for improvement based on comments received

Key responsibilities include;- Provide hire cars to private and business customers as well as dealerships, body shops and insurance companies as courtesy cars- Upselling including upgrades, insurance products and optional extras- Run the office to ensure adequate staffing, number of cars, cleanliness and timeliness - Liaise with all customers to find out requirements and suggest upgrades etc. at first point of contact- Make calls and visits to local and national businesses in order to encourage and secure new business
