YouthSpeak Forum is an event that empowers young people to understand how they can contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals through short and powerful talks and sparks interest in self-development through skills-building workshops.As a delegate manager for the event, I was responsible for:- creating welcome packages for delegates to make their event experience easier and more pleasant;- synergy with team members and support of other processes before the event;- administrating of the delegates' chat and updating it with clear expectations and news;- leading the team of volunteers helping with delegates' check-in, catering, networking and conference spaces;- promoting the conference in organizational internal channels;- sending event's newsletters via email.We organized the first offline AIESEC event after the COVID-19 pandemic for over 100 participants!

I participated in this one month project as an international volunteer and conducted daily lessons together with 5 more volunteers from Brazil and Indonesia for Turkish students of different age and background.We were planning the lessons and shared the responsibilities between each other trying to give enough theory, but also a lot of practice in a funny and interactive way.This experience showed me the importance of cross-cultural exchange that I provided for other volunteers in Kyiv for almost a year already.
