In this role, I have activities such as market research, client acquisition, and sales and marketing efforts. As CBDO I responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners, as well as managing the sales team.

My role is to inspire and help to grow my teammates. And create a UX-driven digital products with teammates. Burning as hell together to deliver best user experience and make the world better. When we together as UW, it helps us to learn and support each other. And create products that really helpful and problem-solving. This way products are independent and free of judging anyone except of users.

In February 2021, the SkyAuto project received a second life, and I rejoined the project (Autopilot 2.0 Multy.ai then). We redid the payment acceptance process in Vkontakte and some minor design issues and moved on the new product. In March, team restarted work on Autopilot 2.0. You could say I'm thrilled! The year-long work got a chance to see the world in a new guise. We made an amazing UI. I'm even proud of myself for coming up with such a stylish interface.In December 2021 we involved designer into my own team. I work more as Leader and Consultant. That's making me free from jumping from high to low abstractions and be more productive. As team product team grew up I found that team do not have the vision of future product. So I implemented User Story Mapping and storytelling and in February took the role of Head of Product Design.

I design ecosystem of smartphone (watch) health assistance. Right now I check hypothesis and look for product market fit with awesome team of Unicorn Witnesses. Me and co-founders focusing on business development. I want to create Glocal health-ecosystem to improve peoples lives and improve quality of everyday life with simple solutions.

At CloMark I work with middle product team of 9 professionals. Partly I cover roles of market researcher and quality assurance of business processes

Started with research and design infrastructure. There were recordings of interviews with users, but no structured research. We discussed conducted a 2 day qualitative data collection at a conference that our buyers attended. Structured the research, did the analytics. Conducted additional in-depth interviews with some users. Conducted semi-structured interviews with some later online. Did analysis, hypotheses. Conducted cardsorting: found solutions to navigate the product.

I took a part in full design development process, from interviews with stakeholders and users to quality control of created product. It's a small design studio where the designer doing a lot. Includes: scrum-mastering, testing and partly project management.In 1 year at the studio I launched 2 projects and participated in 4. The guys taught me a lot: to work pixel-perfect, to assert my rights. To be a little bit of a project manager, to communicate with the client as equals on behalf of the studio.

A project that we started with my colleague from affetta, Maria Bedritskaya. At that time we both left our previous place of work for freelancing and with the clear conviction that we should give the world a new nail care experience: to connect masters and clients faster and more transparently than they had done before. To be more productive in work, we’re defined our roles in the team and types of work we do in practice, but all the product growth and methodology decisions — we made together. We're started from unstructured interviews to understand who do manicure. As a result of interviews was hypothesis confirmations, data for portraits and user storiesProcess has started from low fidelity prototypes scenarios and discussion with team. Low fidelity mockups in note book transforms into paper smartphone and goes to first users. As result we’ve got prototype with scenarios, basic product growth plan and basement for further developmentIn 2019, Maria moved to another country and our project didn't have time to spin out and we put it on hold.

I have worked as a web (UI/UX) and graphic designer. In more than 3 years with the studio I have done a lot of projects, big and small. Most of them were company websites and travel services. Among other things, I had to decorate corporate cars, come up with packaging, commercial proposals, and presentations for pitching competitions. Most of all, I liked doing complex online platforms. Challenging B2B platforms with a strong user experience. And also B2C services with emotional impact.
