I am a professional illustrator and designer with a focus and concentration on children’s market art including children’s books and surface design. I assist the Administrative Law Judge, and prepare, monitor, and provide a digital recording as well as typed notes throughout the SSD and SSI hearings. Along with assisting the judge, I work with vocational experts, medical experts, attorneys, claimants, interpreters, and witnesses to ensure that the hearing process moves along as efficiently as possible.I manage the correspondence between the different parties in a hearing before and after the hearing is finished to ensure everyone is prepared for the next step proceeding.I also manage the invoices for the different professionals needed in a specific hearing and fill out the disposition sheets with notes to help the judge in his/her process of administering a decision on the case.

Everyday operations at the office include:-correspondence with talent, photographers, set designers, illustrators, and other visual contributors to the magazine.-creating call sheets, taking care of credits for shoots, checking information for print-general set up and preparation of equipment, food, and tools for shoots in office, or next-day shoots on location-light cleaning of office at end of day Operations on Shoot:-taking pictures for social media posts in the office and on set.- assisting the photo editor, photographer, model, hair stylist, wardrobe stylist, etc.-setting up props such as wallpaper and backdrops.-organizing food and catering for breakfast, snacks, and lunch- setting up/ bringing equipment to location (ex. C-stands, apple boxes, reflectors)-cleaning up/ packing up equipment after shoot.
