Job role consists of creating and editing media such as images, illustrations, infographics, animations and videos for social media promotion, web and print based content for the company.I am currently working on refreshing the brand identity and the visual presence the company has online with modern, sleek and recognisable corporate design.

-In an incredibly fast-paced environment, it was critical for me to be able to complete tasks in busy and stressful situations.-Working as part of a team was key in this job because tasks required dynamic, quick yet precise work from different people at the same time.-Being professional both on the shop floor and in the back of house as well as keeping myself and my workspace tidy at all times. -Staying focussed and motivated through long hours.

-COS have very high standards when it comes to the aesthetics of the shop floor, and as a sales advisor I had my hands full with maintaining the standards of the store at all times.-Customers at COS expect a high standard of the staff members in the knowledge of the brand, style advice and excellent customer service, which I consistently and enthusiastically delivered.-Greeting customers in a welcoming manner and informing them of the latest collections.-Working at the tills and keeping focused as to not make any mistakes.-Maintaining shop floor and stockroom to make sure all operations ran smoothly and professionally.-I was able to communicate effectively with team members and customers which is key in a retail environment.-Whilst working at COS I took the initiative to keep up to date with trends which is important as a brand ambassador.
