The division focused on providing Directors and Officers and Professional Indemnity for Financial Institutions which included, Investment Trusts, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Hedge Funds companies.Achievements include:• Successfully managed underwriting relationships over a 4-year period that resulted in a 95% client retention rate and a 40% conversion rate on new business. New business accounted for 20% of the annual income during a period where revenues grew to £2.5m from £500k.• Won the Employee of the Year Award for the Hyperion Group (250+ employees). Awarded by the Group’s Board of Directors.
