In 2011 I launched my blog www.miniscript.it where I used to post tutorials and guides covering web development technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, PHP and JavaScript.I worked for different organizations as web developer freelance during my university studies. I moved to Brighton - UK in the summer of 2014 and I started working for Kitchen Door Workshop covering various roles. During my career, I developed skills in several areas, I managed all the aspects related to online projects (front-end, back-end, SEO and Online advertising).I effectively interact, collaborate and negotiate with multiple levels of leadership across the organization to reach the right outcome for the business.I am able to manage cross-functional teams and act as a coach and facilitator. I encourage self-organised team work and shared knowledge.I am a strong advocate of Agile methodologies and SCRUM ceremonies.I believe in data-driven decisions and evidence-based practices, which explains a lot about my analytical attitude to problem-solving.
