• Manage inventory, sales, and communications. • Create fun, unique earrings and other jewelry from resin, clay, and other craft materials.• Package and ship out orders at a fast pace.

• Develop and create video packages to be aired live on Hofstra Entertainment Access Television as well as Facebook Live.• Responsible for producing 21 minutes of pre-recorded material per show.• Conduct package meetings, critique scripts, and gather pitches.• Organize cast and crew as well as book times and locations for productions.• Collect packages and upload them to AirSpeed prior to show deadlines.

• Maintain highlight reel record for award show consideration, compile daily clip research, and watch daily screener to notate special appearances.• Attend daily production meetings.• Provide coverage for Reception and Page Desk as needed.• Go on runs for different departments to help with day to day show duties.• Manage and keep track of office inventory.

• Paint ceramic examples for customer inspiration• Complete creative commissions for customers• Assist customers with painting skills and advice on how best to complete their projects• Ensure customers feel comfortable painting in-store by strictly following and maintaining COVID-19 safety protocols
