Olisa D Ogwuadi CPP® is the CEO of McDon Group. He believes that Security is core in every human endeavour and has devoted decades of his working career in managing corporate security and as an entrepreneur. Olisa has worked successfully at various levels in diverse industries. These include Hospitality, Audit & Finance, Insurance, Consulting, Logistics, FMCG, and Telecommunication.Olisa was the first corporate security practitioner in Nigeria to qualify as an ASIS International Board-Certified Protection Professional (CPP®) and was a former Chairman/CEO of ASIS Chapter 206 Nigeria. He was the first Nigerian to be admitted into the membership of the prestigious International Security Management Association (ISMA).Prior to founding McDon, Olisa was the Head of Security for MTN Nigeria and was responsible for end-to-end management of MTN security function across Nigeria. Olisa also headed nationwide Security Operations at British American Tobacco Nigeria.Olisa earned a Master of Criminology Degree from University of Lagos; Master of Managerial Psychology Degree from University of Lagos; Bachelor of Science Degree in Banking & Finance from University of Nigeria Nsukka; Diploma in Criminal Justice Administration from University of Lagos, and Diploma in Security Leadership from Georgetown University, Washington DC. in collaboration with International Security Management Association (ISMA).
