- Work alongside the executive team to transform the company’s vision into a long-term strategy for developing the Community portfolio’s revenue streams through Red Iron Labs-led and external partnership grants.- In consultation with community partners, develop strategic relationships through organic growth, mutual respect and working together to understand unique challenges faced by community partners and create culturally significant projects from inception to creation.- Work with CRO and CFO to tracks revenue trends through grants, forecast grant-based revenue to ensure Red Iron Labs’ long-term growth and sustainability goals.- Advocate for positive and friendly stakeholder engagement and relations with First Nations and Elders, government, foundations, and granting bodies.

- Developed strategic and communication plans to foster an interest in Indigenous storytelling, increase the patron base, and create opportunities for youth education through the arts.- Cultivated and stewarded fundraising activities to meet and maximize income goals raising $250,000 in one month.- Developed and implemented financial strategy to achieve long-term sustainability by securing multi-year grants, and earned revenue.- Strategically developed programming, products, residencies and mentor-ships in line with the organization’s vision and mission. - Obtained charitable status.- Achieved Residency status at the Grand Theatre. - Community outreach to develop positive and friendly stakeholder engagement, and relations with First Nations and Elders, government, foundations, and sponsors.

- Successfully generated a repeat and consistently growing revenue stream surpassing targets.- Responsible for facility operations of four performance venues and capital replacement plans. - Collaborated on a $90,000,000 Conservatory state of the art instructional facility/concert hall capital project.- Effectively mitigated safety risks through developing training programs, venue evaluation, and the establishment and implementation of safety procedures and policies.- Developed strategic plans for high-brand impact institutional events with visiting dignitaries. - Managed over 350 events annually.

- Developed an assessment framework to test International Medical Graduate readiness to practice medicine in Canada in collaboration with physicians from Western Provinces.
