In the frame of the project of biometric verification and enrollment of Refugees: Following up of field staff attendance, assistance in formalities related to issuance of contracts and bank transfer, internal communication, office supply management, some logistics arrangements, reporting.

HUMAN RESOURCES- Recruitment and on-boarding process - contract management: elaboration and follow-up; maintenance of Personnel records and files.- Absence and days-off reporting; Prepare Attestations and certificates required by the staff members for signature of Head of Centre - Payroll managementADMINISTRATION- Assist in the implementtation of research projects: providing projects with ethical clearance, monitoring and evaluation of activities related to projects- Event organization handling: Elaboration and follow-up; preparing budgets and financial reports; preparation of missions: budgets, reservations, follow-up, manual and electronic archiving.- Assist in the requisition of Office supplies and equipment; provide a stock management;- Arrange appointments and maintain Head of Centre calendar, receive visitors, keep lists of names, adresses and telephone numbers of researchers, institutions and partners ; preparation of invoices ans follow-up payments.

En charge d'un Personnel de 60-65 personnes: Administration courante, rémunération, paie, discipline, suivi des contrats de travail, Sécurité et prévoyance sociale, recrutements, gestion des conflits, évaluation, archivage informatisée et manuelle…séparation,

Mise à jour de la base de données RH, mise à jour des manuels de procédures relatives au logement des expatriées, à la rémunération et à la paie.
