1.Customer management: Handling orders from international buying offices, suppliers and factories such as Kmart, ASDA, Sainsbury's, Lifetime brands, LIDL, Starbucks, JJA, Siplec; Products of hardline mainly involved food contact containers, pet and infant products, tools and furniture etc.2.Sales management: Replied consultation from clients and collected daily and monthly data to support sales depts.; Advised clients on test items applicable for actual products based on requests of destination countries（shipment as well）,provided quotations for them and tracked payments.3. Project Arrangement and Status Following: Assigned test tasks and cooperated with labs for test items and reports release based on SOP, the regulations of destination countries regulations and technical requirements (benchmark, PPT, FRI included); tracked projects through the whole process from order created to invoice delivered.4. Depts Management: Coordinated internal work across different depts included technical team, lab, sales depts and finance team; Externally and internally played the main role in communicating to ensure every project accomplished on time.5. Key Account Relationship Management: Provided timely and accurate conclusions for clients' enquiries, supported sales depts well through keeping a good relationship with clients.

Report approving: Be responsible for report quality and reviewed bilingual reports based on standards.3. Data reviewing: Worked as a reviewer to evaluate the accuracy of data and reports released by the lab.5. Customer Relationship Management: In the way of solving and replying for those enquiries about the reports and data, I achieved the balance between improvement of the customer satisfaction and maintaining the company credibility.
