System Administrator for "Blackboard" e-learning platform of the college. Comprehensive system management of the NT4 server using IIS4. Set up 3,000 Blackboard Users with accounts and privileges. Provided Blackboard training and on-going support to academic staff in the college in using web-based teaching and learning resources. Involved in change management programme to persuade lecturers who had used older knowledge management dissemination to use e-Learning instead. Involved in the implementation of Laptop rollout 2000/2001, 2001/2002, 2002/2003 in the college.
