I’ve been working at Experimental area of FCA Product Development, which is responsible providing reliable results about tests performed at vehicle, system and component levels during product development process.Responsibilities & Achievements- Provide Road Load Data (RLD) used for road simulators and virtual analysis;- Experience with several sensors (accelerometer, wheel force transducers, strain-gauges, etc.) and data acquisition hardware and software (HBM, LMS, Dewetron, National Instruments, Racelogic, Vector, etc.) - Signal processing and analysis: fatigue and modal analysis;- Development of customized data acquisition systems with automated analysis and reports;- Progress on test schedules and procedures for Durability, NVH, Engine Applications and Fuel Saving;- Improvement on procedures for instrumentation, data acquisition and signal processing, such as Photo Imaging & Motion Analysis;- Harmonization process of test procedures involving all FCA regions;- Employment of a Tire Rolling Resistance Measurement Machine at FCA Brazil facility.
