Responsibilities- Global and centralised management of tax compliance services for global clients and their expatriates (approximately 200 individuals), including projects financial analysis and management.- Generation of information relevant to clients, through management of massive and sensitive data relating to expatriation programs.- Maintenance of the interactive platforms between the global network and the client.- Management and monitoring of delivery of tax services throughout the world, through the global network and Service Delivery Centres.- Development of innovative solutions and processes to meet the - always dynamic – clients’ needs.- Customer relationship management, intermediating the preparation of income tax returns in the UK.Contributions- Participated as webinar panellist for UK colleagues on Brazilian taxation.- Assisted on the transition, from the former provider to PwC UK, of one of the largest global accounts (about 2,000 expatriates).
