My name is Ananda, I am a woman, black, middle class, an engineer trained in the electrical field. I have experience in the maintenance business, with contract management and people management. I worked as a manage of building maintenance contracts in places like Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Tribunal de Contas da União etc. As a result, I can mention a few: technical reports, maintenance activity planning, activity risk management, conflict management and engaged teams.On my resume I have an MBA in project management completed and an MBA in ESG in progress.My main hard skill is that I learn the technical part very quickly. My soft skills are in the ability to make decisions, responsibility, planning and communication, empathy and determination. I value honesty and respect above all else.I have already worked in social projects such as Mulheres do Brasil and a group called Conexão, in Brasília, with the aim of preparing food and collecting clothes for people living on the streets. I am currently a volunteer at the NGO called Cidadão Pró-Mundo, with the aim of teaching English to young people from poor communities.I am interested in important causes, I believe in the power of change that we all have. I support all ESG content, and I think it's a way for CPFs to make a difference in the daily lives of CNPJs, and vice versa. I identify myself mainly with social causes, focused on diversity.
