Warren is a investment brokerage and wealth manager company, offering a true wealth management experience. As a Tech Lead, I seek to understand the company's strategic direction, taking into account its needs and goals, so that, together with the members of the Platform team (Cloud/Observability/DataOps), we can carry out the correct planning of activities in each quarter.Among the activities and skills performed, I highlight:- Synthesis, argumentation and presentation skills needed for the daily work of gathering requirements and raising awareness of Engineers Leads, Engineers Managers, Directors and C-Level;- Career development for team members, through "One on One" meetings and follow-up on their Development Plan;- Assessment of skills of subordinates for internal Human Resources processes;- Interviews to hire new engineers.

I participated in building the architecture for the migration of two monolithic systems to microservices, as well as the integration of Real Time systems in AWS (Kafka, GraphQL) and their monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) for operation on the Brazilian Stock Exchange (B3). It was necessary to Docker applications, create pipelines in Github Actions and infrastructure in AWS with Terraform.Among the activities and skills performed, I highlight:- Building the Cloud team. Together with two other colleagues we built processes, standards, task board and ceremonies;- Ability to collect requirements, understanding the demand for the correct support from the Cloud team;- Ability to transform requirements into technical actions, such as implementing Traefik, Kafka, ECS Containers, RDS Databases through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies such as CloudFormation and Terraform;

I worked as a Backend developer on the creation of an investment whitelabel platform (Warren Pro). Among the activities and skills performed, I highlight:- Backend application development with Typescript;- Use of MongoDB and Mysql: Creation of queries and collections/tables;- Presentation and argumentation skills needed for integration with other teams in the company, since the creation of this system demanded the adaptation of tools and processes;- Dockerizing applications;- Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.

Tracktus is an active vehicle tracking company, serving as a whitelabel platform for several clients in Brazil.I was responsible for developing Backend applications in Typescript. Migrated to Docker several applications that used to run directly on baremetal. I was also responsible for resource administration on AWS. Administration of a PostgreSQL database in EC2 cluster. Administration of a Docker Swarm cluster in EC2. Creation of resource alerts via CloudWatch.I highlight the management and execution of the following projects:- System migration to multi-tenant format, databases and applications for each client company;- Development of new functionalities using Brainstorm, Story Cards and Scrum cycles;- Management of a team of 3 developers using Kanban, User Stories, and prioritization.
