Recently I have also become an MBA candidate at Alliance Manchester Business School and hold certifications in Business Analytics.Currently, I am a Global Performance & Reward Partner at HSBC, where I support the Investment and Global Corporate Banking businesses in delivering year-end pay reviews, salary benchmarks, and reward policies and practices. I also collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders across country, regional, and global levels, ensuring alignment and consistency of performance and reward outcomes.
