Over the past 20 years, I have held several different positions in the administrative and customer service fields. However, my passion has always been to work with the youth as evident through my courses in my Master of Arts in Education with a specialization in Family and Community Services and my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with course work in Criminal Justice and Special Education. Together, my on the job training, life experiences, and schooling have prepared me for these fields. With the purpose of positively facilitating client needs, I effectively demonstrate compassion, recognize concerns while meeting with clients, and act with integrity. I am successfully able to manage caseloads by embracing diversity and bringing together all available resources through community, social, and rehabilitative services.
