It has been active in the following three business areas since 2018:Real Estate Private Equity: The Satori Group invests up to 49% in real estate companies in all asset classes with the goal of advising them strategically, building them up using best practices, and selling them profitably after 5-10 years through an exit (IPO / Trade Sale).Project Development: The Satori Group is also directly involved in project development nationwide (usually structured as a joint venture). The focus is on brownfield and greenfield developments across all asset classes as well as construction projects in the residential area.Transaction Advisory: The Satori Group offers its investments and a selected group of clients (including family offices, REITs) purchase and sale-side transaction advisory services. The sale of large-volume commercial properties and the acquisition of properties directly from the owner are the focus of these activities.We are looking for:🔎 (Distressed) real estate portfolios (residential / commercial) throughout Germany, preferably in A & B cities with purchase prices up to €100 million, in particular from alternative sources and distressed situations 🔎 Real estate companies (residential / commercial) who are active in inventory management or real estate development, with Company valuations up to €100 million (equity value). 🔎 Companies interested in sale & leaseback deals 🔎 Creditors with non-performing loans secured by real estate 🔎 Access to investors for real estate projects (debt / equity), including family offices, pension funds Core Competences:Real Estate / PropTech, Venture Capital, Company Building, Management Consulting, Applied R&D and Innovation Systems, Performance Management and Benchmarking, Strategic Business Development and Evaluation.
