As a dedicated automotive Aftersales professional with 22 years of extensive experience, I have developed a comprehensive skill set through a variety of roles within the industry. My career commenced at the age of 16 as a technical apprentice, driven by a strong desire to learn and grow. I began my first management role at 21, where I embraced daily challenges and continuously refined my skills.Throughout my career, I have successfully managed both small and large teams across the volume and premium segments of the automotive sector, primarily within the UK market and more recently, on an international scale. I have played a pivotal role in building new teams from the ground up, as well as revitalising existing teams within established organizations.Currently, I hold a divisional group management position, overseeing Aftersales operations across 15 Audi businesses & one Aston Martin store. In this role, I focus on driving strategic change and implementing continuous improvements while adapting to a rapidly evolving business environment.
